“Oh lord, they’re doing another night of feasts?” he groaned. Forcing himself to sit up he pushed up and off the bench. “This is not going to be pretty,” he muttered stumbling toward the doorway with short strides.
“Why is that?” she asked sleepily. When they were finally on the bed she curled into him again and sighed, yawning as she did so. “Why would that not be pretty, honey? I would think that it would be a great deal of fun.”
“I was pretty damned sure that my pants were going to fall just enough to trip me up. Which then would mean we’d fall and, being the chivalrous sort I would take the brunt of the fall. But then I’d likely not be able to get up,” he murmured nuzzling at her throat. “Thankfully that didn’t happen. I’d really hate to have to explain to anyone just how I got injured.”
“Well it’s a good thing then that you didn’t fall, darling. I’m very happy that you didn’t so that we didn’t get hurt.” She snuggled up closer to him and yawned. “Love you, Cedric. Let’s have ourselves a nap and then after we will make love again, okay?”
“I agree with that plan wholeheartedly. I’d even show some enthusiasm, but you sucked it all out of me through my cock,” he said with a low chuckle. “I love you, Princess, but you are exhausting and very good on a man’s ego all at the same time. Sleep and I’ll see if I can’t come up with some creative manner in which to awaken you.”
“Sounds good,” she said softly and yawned against his cheek. “Goodnight and rest well,” she whispered before placing a kiss on his chest and falling asleep.
Epilogue
Two years later
Chuckling softly, Randulf stroked Cinderella’s damp hair from her face. “You look good with a babe in your arms, Cedric,” he said quietly. They were finally alone, just the four of them. Mother, Father, uncle, and babe. “I think we should talk Cinderella into at least a couple more so you can have one of those that’s truly yours, friend.”
Cinderella smiled and nodded. “That’s what I said as well.” She looked to Cedric and felt her heart filling with joy. “He’s a beautiful baby. I’m surprised that you don’t have half the castle breaking the door down, our fathers as part of them.” She was exhausted, but so very happy. “I can’t believe how easy that actually was.” She had hurt, of course, but the delivery hadn’t been as bad as she thought it would be.
“I seriously doubt how easy you are claiming it to be,” Cedric said quietly. “Especially given the ice on Randulf’s very mangled looking hand.” Smiling at her he chuckled before dropping his gaze to the baby boy in his arms. “Have you chosen a name for the little prince yet?” he asked.
“Randulf Cedric, Jr.,” Cinderella said without pause. “Named after the two men that I love most in this world. His father and his uncle,” she told them and yawned again. “I think for now I truly need a nap, however, I’m sorry.”
“Sleep, love,” Randulf told her quietly. “You’ll need it I’m very sure especially given the name you’ve chosen for our son.” Tipping her chin up, he kissed her. “You were amazing and so strong. I love you so much, Princess.” He smiled. Easing her onto the pile of pillows, he stood and pulled the blankets up around her. “Rest for now, we’ll wake you when he’s hungry.”
“Good. Thank you for understanding my desire to feed our son instead of having a wet nurse feeding him.” Her father and Randulf’s father had both been shocked that she had been so adamant about feeding her own son. “How about my guys all crawl into bed with me? Bring our son into bed with us as well please?”
“We don’t want to interrupt your resting, love,” Cedric said but moved toward the bed. “And you should feed the babe. Both our mother’s did despite those against it,” he murmured sitting down slowly. Wiggling onto the bed he got in close to her and smiled. “To hell with whatever anyone says, do it your way, Cinderella, always.”
“He’s right, Princess,” Randulf said settling on her other side and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. “While wet nurses have their uses if it’s not right for you don’t ever give into the pressure others will likely exert.”
“Good thing that I’m as stubborn as the day is long.” She reached out and touched her son’s cheek and smiled. “Hello, RC, how are you, my darling boy?” she asked quietly and looked up at Cedric and smiled. “Are you all right with our son carrying your name as well?”
Nodding he smiled back at her. “I’m more than fine with it, Cinderella. It’s an amazing honor and I’m just grateful you’d include me in on such an important naming. Especially for your firstborn and a son no less.” Leaning over he kissed her gently. “Thank you, love,” he said quietly against her lips.
She smiled at him and nodded. “You are welcome. Randulf is actually the one who came up with the name,” she confessed. “I had asked him what we could name our child that would hold both of your names. He came up with the male name. The female name was still escaping us though,” she teased.
“I’m ever so grateful you had a son all of a sudden.” Cedric grinned and laughed softly. Shifting slightly he eased the baby down between the two of them. “Not sure I could have survived finding out the female version of my name.”
Cindy turned so that she could curl up and pull her son close. Smiling she looked at Cedric and then back at Randulf. “I’m happy. I have the three most important men in my life here with me now. Our kingdoms are flourishing and life is truly amazing. Have a good rest, my men, I know that I certainly will.”
“Sleep, Princess,” Randulf told her resting his cheek to hers. “And dream of the bright and amazing future ahead of this precious little man.” Pressing a kiss to her cheek he smiled. “And all the trouble he’s going to get into as well.” He and Cedric both chuckled as she let out a groan.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born in the mid-seventies, this thirty-something woman has only been writing for the last six years of her life, faithfully that is. Honor has always been scribbling a phrase, a curious word, or the oddest of thoughts down on anything she could find laying about. Now she piles them up before her and, if one catches her fancy, she further explores it to whatever its end might be.
A lover of books, her reading material spans from Shakespeare to mysteries and all the way to the erotic. Anything and everything she can lay her hands on she’ll read. Though, these days, she leans more toward the paranormal than anything else.
Poetry was her first love, lasting about three solid years. Don’t ask. She won’t show many of them to anyone. Then short stories became the focus and finally she began to write for more than just writing what came to mind. She started to write for pleasure and to tell the story that begged to be told.
Life and family came next. Working full-time as a customer service representative and raising two children got in the way and the writing that she so loved as a teenager seemed to be pushed off to the back burner of everything.
So several years passed and her children turned into more than the babies that demanded her attention and into young children and then teenagers with different demands, ones that allowed her to once more spread her imagination to the wind and ask for more, want more.
As with all great things the door to her notebook-written world might have been closed and placed on hold, but where a door closes another one opens, and in this case it was with the advent of buying a computer.
Honor spends many a sleepless night pounding at the keyboards. She is a consummate professional in her daytime career. However at night, her visions swing to the fantastical and in those long hours after the children and husband are in bed, she weaves together words and blends up stories that not only bring a whole new meaning to romance, but sizzle the pages with a heat that will have the readers begging for more.
